Final Sale Policy

All orders are made-to-order and sold as final sale. However, we do allow refunds or replacements in the following cases:

If the Product Arrives Damaged

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will either:

• Replace it at no additional cost
• Or issue a full refund (your choice)

To Qualify:

• You must email us within 12 hours of delivery
• Send clear photographic proof of the damage (to the product and the packaging)
• The damage must have occurred during shipping or before shipping

If approved, your replacement or refund will be processed within 5 business days.

If You Want to Return the Product

We accept returns under these conditions:

• You must ship the product back at your own expense
• The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
• We must receive the return within 14 days of your original delivery date

If all conditions are met, we will refund your original payment (excluding shipping fees if applicable) within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Refund Method

• All refunds will be sent via original payment method (Stripe / card)
• You’ll receive confirmation once your refund has been processed

How to Start a Return or Refund Request

• Description of the issue
